I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deeply eclectic approach to therapy. I believe no two people are the same—and neither is their healing—so I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether we're diving into deep trauma work or navigating everyday stress, I view the therapeutic relationship as the heart of the process.

My path into this field was shaped by a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to understand what makes us human. My work is rooted in authenticity, connection, and compassion. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for real, lasting change.

In my office, you don't have to be anything other than yourself. It's a space where you can exhale, drop the mask, and speak freely—about the hard stuff, the things you've never said out loud (but want to), and everything in between.

I'm not here to sit above you with all the answers. I'm here to sit beside you and do the work. I've sat with clients through their hardest moments and their biggest breakthroughs. Sometimes we're deep in the hard stuff; sometimes we're laughing through it. But to me, the work is always meaningful. Whether it's through quiet reflection or creative exploration, you don't have to go through it alone—and in this space, you never will.
